No phone line, deliberately. A small operation with a phone number either has someone sitting by it doing nothing or nobody answering it. Email gets you a considered answer with the details written down.

The Peptide Pen Company handles everything by email. If you need to send something back, email us first and we will send the returns address with your order number.

- Ordered before 3pm on a working day, it goes out that afternoon and typically arrives in two to three working days. You get a tracking number by email. Shipping details →

- Thirty days on anything unopened, twelve-month warranty on every reusable pen, and we pay the postage on anything faulty. Returns and warranty →
What to take, and how much
We sell equipment. We are not qualified to advise on compounds, doses or whether something is a good idea for you, and we will not guess just because someone asked politely. That conversation belongs with a doctor or a pharmacist.
Anything about the kit itself, how to fill it, which needle, why the dial has stuck, we will happily answer at length.
