Who you are dealing with

What we sell

Laboratory and research equipment only: injection pens, glass cartridges, pen needles, storage cases and filling tools.

We do not sell, supply, import, store, handle or advise on any compound, medicine, supplement or controlled substance. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here recommends a dose, a compound or a course of treatment for any individual. If you want that, speak to a doctor or a pharmacist.

How you use what we sell

What you choose to do with equipment you buy is your responsibility and your decision. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you use it with is lawful for you to possess where you live.

You must be 18 or over to order.

Orders and prices

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email to confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund in full.

Prices include VAT where applicable and are in pounds sterling. We try hard to keep them accurate, but if something is listed at an obviously wrong price we may cancel and refund rather than honour it.

The calculators

The mixing calculator and the dosing planner do arithmetic. They apply the numbers you type to a fixed formula and show the result.

They do not know what you are mixing, they do not check whether your inputs are sensible, and they do not recommend anything. Check the output against your own working before relying on it. We are not liable for the consequences of a number typed in wrongly.

Outbound links

Our resources page links to third-party websites, some as affiliate links that pay us a commission. Those companies are not us. We do not control what they sell, verify what they ship, or take part in any transaction between you and them.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for the consequences of equipment being used in a way it was not intended for.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else it would be unlawful to limit. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings there.
