How quickly it goes out
Everything we sell is held in the United Kingdom. Order before 3pm on a working day and it is packed and in the post the same afternoon. After 3pm, or at a weekend, it goes on the next working day.
We do not dropship. Nothing is ordered in from overseas after you have paid, which is why we can promise a dispatch time at all.
UK delivery and cost
Tracked delivery is £5.00, and free on orders of £40.00 or more. Delivery is typically two to three working days from dispatch, though this is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.
International delivery
We ship worldwide. Cost is calculated at checkout by destination, and delivery typically takes five to fourteen working days.
Any import duty, VAT or handling fee charged by the destination country is payable by you and is not included in what you pay us. We have no control over those charges and cannot estimate them. Customs can also delay a parcel, and that delay is outside our hands.
What arrives
Plain outer packaging with no branding and no description of the contents on the outside. The sender name on the label is the trading name.
Glass cartridges travel in moulded protection. If anything arrives broken, photograph it before you unpack any further and email us; we replace breakages without argument.
If it does not turn up
Royal Mail does not treat a UK parcel as lost until ten working days after the due date, so we cannot claim before then. Get in touch and we will chase it, and once it qualifies as lost we will replace or refund it.
If tracking says delivered and it is not with you, check with neighbours and any safe place first, then tell us within seven days.
